Return Period and Eligibility

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After the first email requesting a return is sent, the customer has 10 days to complete the process. If it is not finalized within this period, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and in its original packaging.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.

Store Credits

If the customer chooses to receive a refund in the form of store credit, the following conditions apply:

  • Once store credit is chosen as the refund method, it cannot be changed.

  • The credit is valid for 20 days from the date of issue.

  • If the store closes after the 20-day validity period or the credit is not used within that time, no refund or other compensation will be provided.

  • Canceling the credit within the 20-day period does not entitle the customer to change the refund method.

Return Process

To begin the return process, you must contact our customer service team. Only after this contact will we provide the necessary instructions to proceed. Returns made without prior consultation or not following the indicated procedure will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Approval and Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email notification to inform you whether the refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay in processing.

  3. Check with your bank for more information about processing times.
    If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us by email.

Product Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
However, if the items received are damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, the customer will not be required to cover the return shipping costs.

The delivery time for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

Order Cancellations

An order may be canceled if the request is made before the product is shipped, within the timeframe specified on the website.
Customers who request cancellation within the indicated period and before shipping are entitled to cancel their order.
The seller must also respect a reasonable time frame to process the cancellation request made by the customer.

  3. Photo Submission: The customer must send a photo of the product clearly showing the issue in order to proceed with the process.

  4. Return Form: A form must be completed to formalize the return request. We’ve simplified the form to make the process easier.
