HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Our standard delivery time is 48 hours to process your order and 1 to 2 weeks for shipping.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
No, we only ship within the UK.
WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?
If you entered an incorrect address, please email us within 60 minutes of placing your order.
We cannot guarantee that changes can be made, so please double-check your details before confirming the purchase.
If your order was shipped to the wrong address based on the information you provided, we’ll have to wait for the package to be returned before sending a replacement.
WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
Please note that in some cases, it may take 2 to 3 business days for tracking information to update.
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped separately, even if you selected combined shipping.
IS SHIPPING FREE?
Yes, shipping is free on all UK orders.
WHAT IF NO ONE IS HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
No worries. Most of our items fit in your mailbox if they’re small enough. If the delivery person can’t access your home, your package will usually be left at the nearest post office for pickup.
IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?
Yes. When you pay online with your credit card, your information is entered on a secure SSL-encrypted page.
Your data is encrypted and sent directly to our payment provider’s network, where your card and transaction are authorized.
We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and also PayPal.
We do not accept checks or bank transfers.
